The venue is being refurbished - which sounds like a brilliant plan but was not communicated before I arrived. It would also be worth proposing a discount in this case. The wax strips were extra long and there was no intention to ease the pain with hand pressing on the surface. The wax remains were also not removed. No proper goodbye. I think it's fine if you want a cheap, quick and not perfect wax.
