Good cut. Not sure the salon was expecting me - something had gone wrong with the app booking - but they found a stylist for me and did the cut in good time.

they don't speak English and I had to wait 30 mins, but good hair cut and nice and quick when it finally got done

The venue is being refurbished - which sounds like a brilliant plan but was not communicated before I arrived. It would also be worth proposing a discount in this case.
The wax strips were extra long and there was no intention to ease the pain with hand pressing on the surface. The wax remains were also not removed. No proper goodbye.
I think it's fine if you want a cheap, quick and not perfect wax.
