Staff incredibly rude and disorganised and never knows their own booking schedule - several times in a row been told they were unaware of my booking (even when previously called and confirmed with the salon owner...) - have been forced to take screenshot of a booking that's already paid for with the foils wrapped on my fingers during the gel removal - which was completely inconsiderate and rude. Refused to provide their email when offered to email it to them and kept demanding a text, which is really strange for any salon not to have professional email set-up.. Manicurist have been in a bad mood and has started putting the wrong colour gels, when I pointed this out, she has not apologized but gave really bad attitude and just started shouting for her superior to resolve this and started looking at her watch.. the whole experience has been completely vile and beyond stressful for such a simple nail treatment, would never recommend this to anyone! The salon works as a conveyor factory and couldn't care less for providing a terrible service and losing its customers.
Gel Nails Manicure
The place is unclean and scruffy. I was kept waiting for 15 minutes for no reason even though I was the only client there. The final result was not great and could have just as easily been achieved at home. Would not recommend, avoid.
