This place is utter rubbish. They can’t even answer the phone or reply by text on time. Unwilling to even give directions. Zero customer service or etiquette.

I waited for 45mn despite having an appointment and I’ve been taken to a small room where the beautician could barely move. She had one glove and it’s the worse waxing I ever had on my bikini and I still have a lot of hair left. I also paid for the eyebrows to be done and she took off way too much at the head of one of my eyebrow and used a sort of razor without asking me and waxed the top of my eyebrow up to almost my hairline and rubbing oil on my eyebrow and bikini barehand. Don’t go !
