I took my daughter there recently for a trim and blow dry for the first time. The staff was very friendly and pleasant. The lady was very good and took the time to even straighten the small hair at the front. It is a shame she could not speak English. I had to communicate with her via the receptionist and unfortunately I realised only as I came out that she had not trimmed properly as she did not take enough of the damaged hair so my daughter's hair still have split ends. I initially asked that she cuts all the split ends so that they look nice and even. Lastly, I was given a price of £30 via Treatwell as well as on the phone for cut + blow dry but they tried to ask £35 :-( at the till.
Asked very specifically for 1cm trim alongside blowdry. The lady cut 3/4 cm and laughed at me when I complained. Blowdry used too much heat at the roots and has probably damaged my hair badly. Not clean at all.

I had to wait a bit for my haircut, staff was very lovely and concerned that everything was alright. Happy with my haircut as well!

It was a great experience ! I found someone who speaks french to explain me somethings and to talk to me as well : the staff was really nice, they are so dynamic !
I had a japanese straightening and now i like my hair !
