I had an haircut before with senior stylist and I was extremely happy with it so went back this time despite I had a very good blow dry which I was pleased with but unforttunately the hair cut itself was quite badly done the layers did not blend in nicely so I had to recut my hair because I did not like that result ,somewhere else!

Very good experience: appointment on time, the lady was very quick and professional, took their time to understand what I wanted and whether this was possible. I went to other more pricy places before where tgey spent hours on my hair without getting the result I got here in around 45 minutes, wash/cut/dry included

What you pay for is what you get!
I had a Japanese straightening and the result is fine, but I had staff argue with me about how to do the treatment even though I have been doing it for about 6 years now... And had to wait more than 45 mins upon arrival for my treatment to begin... Not a great experience, but the results are there.

I had an haircut and blow dry and I gave it 5 stars,very good both haircut and blow dry, very happy with the results I would definately recommend it,

Great value and good staff however I'm not 100% satisfied with the treatment I had as once I washed my hair it was evident that not all of it has been straightened - the hair in the back is still wavy and adds volume, exactly what you don't want after a Japanese straightening treatment which is for getting poker straight and silky hair.
