The entrance was a bit difficult to find (you have to enter truough a cloth store) but I called them and they gave me directions. The staff is very nice, I went there for a root touch but followed Adam's advice and ended with a full hair colour. I don't regrest at all! and really liked it. For sure I'll go back.

A very pleasant experience overall. The staff were lovely and really welcoming. Very pleased with the results. Would definitely recommend.
I had the Brazilian Blow Dry for medium/ long hair. Stylist was thorough in applying product and straightening my hair which is very thick, afro and long. Everyone in the salon is very friendly and polite, switching from Portuguese to English. Interior of salon is not swanky but service is good. Going back to have blow dry washed out so yet to see full results. Hair feels very soft at the moment.
Went in for a Brazilian blowdry keratin treatment.
Didn't have to wait at all - my treatment started right on time. The staff are friendly.
Felt like my scalp got singed a few times during the blowdry but the result is fine - my hair is still very straight 2 weeks later, although the texture is different than I am used to.
