Helly did a fabulous job on my hair! A gentle wash, cut, and blow dry that gave my wavy, dry hair bounce and sheen! Muito obrigado!

Cut was not the best but ok. In the end, without asking, applied a hand full of oil in the hair. If I'm supposed to leave with sticky oily hair I'd rather not pay for washing and styling it. I had to wash at home again. It's not worth spending 50 pounds here.

Disappointing experience! Booked an appointment, arrived even 25min earlier to be then told (after me waiting for 25min!!!) she can‘t do my eyebrows because she had someone else‘s appointment.. They didn‘t know how to compensate me and I got it cash (I don‘t even use cash). So overall, I wasted over 1 hour for nothing. Thank you!
