Covid hygiene wise this place was ok other than it felt crowded. I was uncomfortable with staff talking a foreign language while I'm nude waist down, legs akimbo! I had no idea what they were saying and I felt vulnerable. Also she didn't finish the Hollywood wax before my legs so I was left without pants on a bit unnecessarily. Also she help the blind open so I was in view of her colleague whole they spoke. The finished wax was thorough though
