Enjoyed the experience. Couldnt get in lline to book spa though. Lunch was excellent. Staff very friendly and accommodating and helpful. Disppointed that we could t get in for a trwatment. It would have been nice...maybe next time. I know its not a large spa but robes would have been nice for lounging around the pool side.
A lovely relaxing day after two days' walking. The sauna and steam room were just what the doctor ordered to take away the aches and pains and the surroundings were very luxurious.
I felt the facilities were adequate and it was more like visiting a leisure centre than a spa. I was expecting more than just a swimming pool and jacuzzi and the price I paid for it, doesn't justify. The cafe itself was very pricey and food was average.
The rest of the grounds and the hotel itself was beautiful.
I visited this spa 27th jan 14, was impressed at the surroundings as we pulled up in the car park. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. The changing rooms were very clean and plenty of lockers. The pool area was nice and clean. We brought a deal from so for value for money was great. We are looking to book again very soon.
The spa experience was really nice here, nice surroundings and friendly staff. I've experienced massages at various places and this massage was good but not as good as I have experienced it previously. The ambience in the beauty part was perfect though.
