I'm sorry but I have to honestly leave a review because I've seen a couple people now having the same experiences. I don't know why there's so many positive reviews as this is the opposite of what I experienced. Like 2 other clients on here my lashes started falling off after a very short time, and when I came back in to get an infill I was charged more. I think if you do lashes professionally you should give some kind of guaranty that the lashes last at least a basic amount of time (2 weeks) with the right care. It just doesn't work that way to apply lashes that won't last at all and then only blame the client for it. I gave this place a couple more chances but it was the same again. I went to another salon and that technician there was honestly shocked about my remaining lashes. They were all glued together, twisting and ripping off my own lashes. I've lost a lot of my own lashes from going here, sadly. Reason I'm posting anonymous is the reactions to previous bad reviews.
