I had been their clients for a while but lately both the quality of lashes and their service are very disappointing. I have a full-set done two weeks ago and it started fell off after 2 days(I had a really busy week and away most of the time so I didn’t go back to re-do it), so I think I will just pay for an infill two weeks later. I went back for an infill after two weeks and she has asked me to pay for the full-set price which I did (all I can see from Treatwell is you are allowed for an infill after 2 weeks, nothing mentioned 50% of the lashes off and you can’t. Moreover, I thought there’s at least two weeks guarantee for classic semi-permanent lash? Who wanna spend an hour doing lashes and it can’t even be kept for a week?!) Even after that the eyelashes fell off very quickly. After I left a honest review on Treatwell, the owner sent a message to me and saying that I can never come back and accused me of making a negative review. It is very unfair and disappointing, she can’t accept honest review and just get rid of customer like this. Will never go back again. Not recommended at all!

I came back after two weeks to get my lashes looking lovely again
But I ended up with the lashes looking awkward and full of glue in one eye
I was told that if I wanted a good result I would need to have all lashes removed and put back again and my appointment would need to be rescheduled
I would have been happy to pay extra but I wasn’t even offered this
Not happy
I was offered a refund and didn’t accept it as it’s not about the money but about looking good for Valentine’s Day
