It was my first time going to Brid’s salon & having the brow lamination done but it definitely won’t be my last. I felt really at home & super valued as a customer & Lou made me feel very welcome & thoroughly explained the whole process of my treatment & put me right at ease & I feel that I walked in as a stranger but left as a friend, I look forward to my next appointment at Brid’s.
