My appointment was 30 minutes late as walk ins were put in before me, when I had booked 1 week ahead. While I was in there, I was left for what seemed like a long time, while my lash tech went to deal with a customer as the other member of staff was busy with something. Apart from that my lash tech was very apologetic and very chatty, and made me feel very welcome and comfortable.
