Paula has been in the beauty industry with a diverse career spanning over 30 years Her journey began working in various beauty salons/gymnasiums across the Northeast as a beauty therapist / aerobics instructor. At an early start to her career, she ventured overseas to work on luxury cruise ships all around the world. This unique experience provided her with a global perspective on beauty fitness and wellness, catering to an international clientele with varied expectations and standards.Following her tenure on cruise ships, Paula transitioned to the health spa sector. Here, she worked in some of the most prestigious spas, where she not only provided top-notch services but also gained invaluable insights into the operations and management of high-end wellness centres. .After accumulating a wealth of practical experience, Paula shifted her focus to education, sharing her extensive knowledge with aspiring beauty professionals. She has taught at several institutions, including Newcastle College, Derwentside College and for Newcastle City Council, as well as various private academies. Paula ‘s teaching repertoire included delivering in training for Level 2 and Level 3 beauty and holistic courses, where she combines theoretical knowledge with practical skills to ensure her students receive a comprehensive education. In the past five years, Paula has taken her expertise to the next level by running her own aesthetic business. Specializing in dermal fillers and micropigmentation services, she continues to push the boundaries of beauty treatments,
