Just wasn’t as good felt like she didn’t know I booked in and didn’t seem know what she doing just seem be lot hairs left on me told her about it she said it fine but she was nice women but just not what I hopeing for in treatment

I have been coming here for years and think usually the treatments and the ladies are brilliant however, this time I had booked an hours full body massage and it was very rushed and lasted no longer than 40 minutes. I asked if it was an hour and she said yes but the appointment was booked for 2:15 and I was out the treatment room by 2:50. Disappointing.

Manicure and eyebrow waxing were great. The lady was thorough and the end result was fab.
The Hollywood wax was what can only be described as traumatic. The wax was burning hot and the woman just said it was fine, whilst the wax was smothered everywhere (including inner Labia) She was rough, and in my opinion grossly unqualified. She manhandled me and her fingers/hands went inside my vagina at more than one point. I left feeling violated. She charged me extra for the wax she used. Would not recommend.
