I usually love the treatments from here. But this time it was very rough even when I asked to be more gentle. I found my skin was sore during the massage than relaxed. And The head massage felt like I was having my hair scrubbed.

Came in for nails and eyebrow shape and tint. Nails looked dreadful, kept making excuses during the process (that they were too short?!) once I left I realised just how bad they were and instantly went somewhere else to get them removed and redone, they look much better now. The lady was lovely but just cannot paint nails.
Eyebrows look good, was a little rushed, wax was too hot and her technique made it quite painful, but end result was good.

My nails looked TERRIBLE. I had it done on Wednesday and a day later, the shellac had peeled off because it was on my skin. The manicure lines are all wonky. It is actually embarrassing. Even my boyfriend laughed at how bad they looked. The lady was nice but should not be doing shellac, especially French shellac.
