Lovely therapist but felt that covid measures could have been stricter. Lack of sanistiser, things not wiped down between clients,no gloves or gown. It felt a little rushed but I imagine that was the pre lock down panic.

The therapist didn't seem very professional with the massage technique, felt more like being oiled that's it. Back massage wasnt well done, she put alot of pressure on the spine which is dangerous

It was ok but not all the hair was removed and there was lots of wax left behind that I had to wash off at home.
