I was phoned half an hour before the massage to see if I could come in earlier or later as was double booked, I had arrangements so had to rush to.get there or cancel. There was no consultation, no medically history taken at all. Just told to go into the room. It was not an aromatherapy massage no essential oils used at all. It was a generic baby oil! I was scratched twice by fingernails. The massage itself was reasonable and felt relaxed at the end. A nice touch was a hot towel to finish.
