My waxing treatment wasn't prepared good. I was left in the room without a word I had to guess what I have to do - I haven't been given a towel or blanket to cover myself - I had to take off my clothes and that's it. No music in the venue - it makes me crazy, I wasn't feeling relaxed. The treatment worth the price however I would suggest to be prepared before the client turns up - wax was too hot, she blew on the stick every time... Overall, I have missed hair patches and for my next visit I'll come back but to my previous expert not a saloon
