Not very thorough. Went for a full leg wax and a bikini wax, my first time getting it professionally done. I usually do it myself at home but thought I'd treat myself before going on holiday. Ambiance and cleanliness were good but the waxing was poor in my opinion.The lady missed 2 large patches of my thighs when waxing, the bikini wax wasn't straight and there was a lot of hairs missed which I noticed when I got home and inspected the job. I had to wax myself again when I got home to get myself neat.
It's a real shame as I had looked forward to not having to do it myself. I guess you get what you pay for. I doubt I will bother getting waxed by a professional again.
