Couldn't fault the hair removal experience. Very good value for money. I added some treatments on arrival, which included gel nails on hands and feet. The only reason I've not given 5 stars is because I've had to have 2 nails re-done today because they'd lifted a little. No fuss, I dropped in without notice and they were sorted there and then. Will definitely be returning.

Basic but you get what you pay for. The phone service/ customer relations is really not great. Not warm and welcoming and there was not much talking to make you feel at ease.
