Lady was very friendly and welcoming, offered me a drink etc. Venue itself is huge with a sort of bar at the back, which is different. The nail environment didn’t seem super clean, but the manicure wasn’t bad - the only thing I wasn’t as pleased about is the fact that they cut me when trimming my cuticles and they’ve been quite sore/ stinging since. It was cheap for a gel manicure though!

Nails were a bit messy and couldn't do nail art or 2 colours. Eyebrow tint was a lot darker than I asked for and I have very light blonde hair.
