2nd time I've been to BWR and the cut was just as good as the 1st, always friendly and they have a great bar selection which is a lovely bonus.

I had to wait for over 15 minutes and was given no information on what caused the wait. The lady who did my pedicure was very sweet and thorough and my feet looked great but unfortunately the pedicure chipped after just 2 days. The salon doesn't really have the facilities for pedicures as it was done in the sofa area next to the bar, which probably didn't help. It all felt a bit rushed.

Great location, very clean and bright. The staff are friendly. I got a great hairwash and skalp massage and it felt like they used really nice product. I am not 100% happy with my haircut, I had a photo of what I wanted and the stylist was very confident he could cut it and that he knew my hair type very well, but as soon as the blow dry wore off it just does not look good, the layers are a bit rough and uneven and it isn't like the picture at all. Very good blowdry, I would go back for that.
