Lovely lady who's very friendly and full of advice. The wax was quite painful, she didn't stretch the skin as much as she should and when I left there was still bits of wax everywhere, and a few tiny tufts of hair left. However, for the price, I'm willing to go back - it had been awhile so she might have better luck with my bush next time!
Friendly staff and great service. Therapist was running a little behind but I didn't mind waiting
The beautician was late but I wasn't in any rush so that was fine. She didn't know what treatment I was booked in for so had to remind her but again, not a problem. A lovely girl but I don't think I'll be back as it just didn't quite feel like a professional outfit unfortunately.
Giusy is super lovely and friendly and chatty. Nice location. For me the gel polish removal was a bit rough, and my cuticles are left a little raw from the manicure. Overall ok tidy job
