The staff were lovely and listened to me when I said I only wanted a 'small trim', not taking that to mean they could lop off 2 inches of my hair. The girl washing my hair was new and slightly too chatty but lovely and didn't get water in my ears which is always a plus. Was a shame to have to stare at a large mould patch above my head whilst having my shampoo and seeing tonnes of hair all over the bathroom floor but that's minor things that hopefully management will fix for next time.

Running a little late because of a previous client but very apologetic! Great nails and toes! Would go again!
