Great salon, atmosphere and service. Only criticism is the availability of colours for gel polishes.
Not good from start to finish. I had to wait 15 mins to be seen, after which I went down stairs to a less than perfectly clean room (there was an old bit of wax with hair on on the bed.) I got undressed, and the waxer left me for another 15 mins, only to return and discover there was no wax heated up. I then had to wait another 10 mins (sat naked from the top down) in the room with her while she rushed to heat the wax. The wax itself was the worst I've ever had, she waxed over the same areas again and again as she wasn't able to get the hair in one go. I was left with a burn max, and a bruise (she didn't pull the skin taught at all) and when I got home I discovered she'd missed some.
All in all an awful experience which I would never recommend - at least it was only £20 - any more and I would have refused to pay it.
Friendly and welcoming service and easy to get to. The therapist was lovely - explained everything to me and was very thorough in her work. Will definitely be back.
