The team at Bright White were welcoming, friendly and attentive - I got exactly what I asked for and nothing was too much for them!
The place is lovely, nice atmosphere, very polite and attentive staff. They offered me a drink and fruit while waiting (not long) Giusy was fantastic, she did not just do my nails but gave me fantastic tips and advice to keep them healthy. Definitely recommend the experience and I will be back soon! Thank you!
This place is rock and roll so if you like drinks, beer and loud rock music this of for you. It's not my usual style but it's a good place with its own concept (music way too
Loud when no customers upstairs. I could hear it very clearly from the treatment room in the basement).
The team is very nice, polite, friendly and welcoming.
The treatment went well. Just a few attention to details would make the overall results stunning. I like the fact that the beautician had some special disinfectant in case of cuts (I have a very thin skin). The basement treatment chair isn't designed for pedicures though, and the overall room would need to be fit for purpose to make it practical for the beautician and enjoyable for the customer (also a little clean between customer would be nice).
Staff were friendly though appointment was 20 minutes late, treatment took a while and colour selection was v.limited - price is cheaper than other salons.
