Elias was very welcoming and explains the different types of discolouration whether intrinstic (genetics/deeper within) or extrinsic (food stains, smoking etc). He kept expectations realistic as i had more of an intrinstic stain due to genetics but since i was just looking for a couple shades lighter and not a bright hollywood white smile at the time, i still opted for laser and I'm quite happy with results. Would definitely recommend and return again.
