The whole experience was really nice very welcoming and chatty - wasn’t awkward at all! I’m a little disappointed with the lash lift as some eyelashes aren’t straight so when applying mascara aren’t fully separated and sadly they havent lifted as much as I’d hoped in comparison to one I had done at a beauticians previously.
