my stylist didn't show up for the appointment, and the lady who was there put me on a WhatsApp call to her which I found strange. she then said she couldn't refund me and didnt offer a solution. after waiting around for a bit, i did get my hair cut that day and it was OK... however, I did have a couple of issues, for example, there was long strands of dark hair in the water of the bottle she used to spray down my hair during the cut. overall, not awful for the price but I wouldn't go back.

I quite like the hair cut and the the blow dry was good, really bouncy. Unfortunately it doesn’t look like I got my roots done at all, it feels like a waste of money and time. The towels had little black hairs all over them and the ladies who worked there were a little unprofessional towards each other.

Absolutely loved it. I went early and was seen. Helia was so lovely and caring she has been cutting hair since 18!!!. Very lovely experience. Will be making this my regular.
