They salon admitted they charged me £10 extra because I booked on treatwell. Which was unfair. The hairdresser wasn't particularly nice to me. They didn't bother to condition my hair. They did the minimal amount of colour with something that had no effect. It's my local salon so I didn't want to complain but it was the worst hair appointment I have had in at least 5 years.

Overall all I was happy with my hair, the dye was done well but I wasn’t a huge fan of my hair cut. It was just frustrating as the stylists weren’t speaking English at all so a lot of the time I didn’t know what was going on, they would talk and point to my hair but I had no clue what they were saying which worried me. Although they were really nice women it took 7 hours for the dye and cut. when washing and combing through my hair I was uncomfortable. My hair looks good but I wouldn’t go again
