Unbelievable!
I chose it for the second time since I love the service.
As soon as I entered the shop, the hairdresser welcomed me and started the hair wash. I prepaid through the app for the hair wash and haircut.
She trimmed my hair and cut my fringe, not a complicated haircut. After that,she refused to dry my hair because I didn't pay for the blowdry !! That was shocking! I didn't need a blowdry, but am I supposed to be charged to dry my hair? I LEFT THE SHOP WITH WET HAIR. I WON'T GO BACK

Very nice haircut. The hairdresser was really nice. Only problem was I booked for 3 and had to wait for another client to finish her haircut and I had to wait 20 minutes
