I walked into an unwelcoming environment. My hair was immediately washed without a consultation. I had a shampoo but no conditioner, my hair was in notts and then aggressively brushed out using the wrong brush. The haircut is pretty awful, the layers are completing uneven with really short pieces mixed in. I’m going to have to get it recut by someone else. Due to no conditioner and no heat protector, my hair went completely static after a very flat and painful blow dry. I would never recommend.

Highlights were done well including the haircut, thank you. Pricing structure doesn’t make sense though as I was expecting to have a treatment or at least a hair mask after the full head highlights. Also I left the hairdresser with my hair not properly dried.. again because probably you have to pay extra. 160 was not enough for that service?
The salon needs a little tlc as it doesn’t look like in photos. Construction works outside didn’t help either but ofc you can’t control that.
