This was the second visit and was disappointing compared to the first time. While it is good value for money (in London terms), the hair wash was very short and the staff were not very friendly.

Had to ask nail tech to clean equipment after using on a different client. They were just going to go ahead and use on me. Nails are mediocre, had better. But staff were nice.
