I had an odd experience at this place. The hairdresser did an okay job with my hair, but they have a very poor customer service. I arrived there and people were staring at me, nearly without saying "hello". I had to say I booked an appointment and I heard one "oh, you". Then they went straight to wash my hair, without asking how I wanted my haircut. Once the hairdresser finished cutting my hair, he basically told me to go. And I asked "what about blow drying my hair" and the answer was "We don't have time for that". I told I had bought the voucher at Treatwell and then the owner/manager went "to check" and said that "yes, she has a voucher", so I got my hair blow dried. Definitely not coming back.
Ladies' Haircuts
They use great products (Moroccanoil) but the place is not clean and the blowdry was cheap - I had to do my hair all over again the day after. Overall, service was convenient and very quick but I would not go back.
