I had my legs waxed and Virginie was great very precise and took time to even remove stubborn hairs with tweezers. Very friendly and professional at the same time. Will be going back! 😊

Took personal calls while still doing my nails, caught my skin which has now scabed and the dipping powder is very bumpy and uneven shapes. The appointment took well over two hours which is so bizarre as I've had this treatment regularly before (at other salons). Felt like she rushed because her shift was ending soon and then passed me to someone else to then paint. Also said she doesn't do refunds so will only try to fix mistakes. Won't be returning if I can find another salon to take them off.
