When I arrived the therapist hadn't prepared anything for a pedicure as had assumed I was having a manicure (even though I had pre-booked the luxury pedicure through Treatwell..). She was on the phone to her car insurance for the first half of my visit. Once the phone call finished, she turned off the background music that had been on and turned the TV...! The TV was only in her view, unless i craned my neck around a wall. Very unrelaxing and disappointing experience :( Pedicure was... fine.
