I hate to write a bad review but I feel like I have to. I was shown to a room and told nothing-Ana doesn't speak English but i didn't even know if this was the time to undress. There was no paper cover so I had to lie down uncovered and wait-v confused&uncomfortable already. The wax took 45 mins(!) and was the most painful i've had by far (out of ~100 and i'm usually absolutely fine). Skin wasn't pulled taut and strips were pulled off slowly - excruciating. Still loads of hairs left afterwards
