Really happy with my wax. One of the least painful I have had. Nayla was really friendly, very professional, and thorough. She offers a tidy up service for a week after, for the little, hard to get hairs (for free). She was understanding that I was a little late (I got lost, my own fault, I am so bad at directions). Very positive experience.
