The therapist was brilliant. I called that I would be late and ended up half an hour late due to traffic and not being able to find the place, and arrived wet from the rain and stressed from rushing but Carly was so understanding, didn't rush me and made me feel so at ease that I was able to relax during the massage straightaway. The massage itself was divine - she checked for pressure and exerted just the right amount, hit all the right spots and loosened all my knots while still maintaining a soothing motion such that it was very relaxing rather than hurting as it sometimes does when working on knots. The only downside is the location and ambience - it is in a therapy room in a gym, so you can hear the gym's dance music clearly in the background of the relaxing music so it was harder to relax. Also the gym is hard to find.

I am usually a little dubious about waxing my eyebrows as sometimes people take too much and I have been left looking silly but I explained what I wanted to Carly and she did it perfectly!!! Thank you

This was literally one of the best facials I have ever had! So relaxing and I really felt like Carly was deep cleaning my face at the same time. Definitely come back for another.
