Start to finish the whole appointment was amazing. I'd been growing my hair out for a year without a cut and Brooke still recognised me and said hi the minute I walked through the door, and was offered hot or cold drinks several times before I was even in the chair. When I did sit down, still fairly clueless on what cut I wanted exactly, Brooke just had a nice chat with me and easily teased out what I wanted and how to get there. Unparalleled service, 500 characters isn't enough, best around.
