Actual treatment was very nice, relaxing and enjoyable.
However, some concerns overall. No medical history taken as a new customer, staff member was late and site was closed and chilly when I arrived. More worrying staff member put a basin on the floor with my feet either side and proceeded to pour boiling water into it! From a health and safety viewpoint - not good. Staff member also had forgotten dryer so could not have gel polish I had requested. This had been purchased as a gift from a friend so not sure what she paid but it didn’t include what I wanted.
