Hi
Upon arrival was made wait almost half an hour before starting my half day spa experience. Which I paid an extra £25 per person for me and my wife.
And then was made aware that we had to use sauna and steam room facilities individually. This was a couples package I was aiming for might I add as it was my birthday. Nevermind we said. After an hour and half of spa experience me and my wife went to reception to wait to be called for our treatments to start and we was called individually? 😡😡

Pleasant hotel overlooking race track. Spa facilities good, treatments excellent. Staff very well trained and helpful. Good restaurant with plenty of options and a lovely buffet breakfast.
The spa is lovely and relaxing and the staff are so nice. It was a great treat. There's a good selection of colours.
Only downside is that the gel mani started chipping/peeling off while I was away which was less than a week of having it done
