The description of the massage wasnt exactly what expected.
Staff were really lovely and professional.
It would have been great if we were able to spend more time in the sunlight room
Went for a 80 minute hot stone massage, it was very relaxing and much needed.
I filled in a form about specific areas for focus but this wasn't apparent in the massage, would have preferred some focus on particular areas personally, however overall was very nice.

My main issue with my massage was the fact that I was given a male masseuse without being asked if that was ok or given prior warning that this may occur, which I found odd and had not experienced before at other spas. The music was odd and not relaxing at all as it was fast-paced piano music. The whole experience felt like a conveyor belt, trying to get you in and out as quickly as possible. Safe to say I will not be returning.

It was a good day. The spa is fab, although I wasn’t sure about the meditation room, I personally didn’t find the waterbeds relaxing. I wish I was told that the lunch menu finished at 2pm, that being said he cream tea was lovely.
