Food was good, however not a massive choice for vegetarians. Early check in was good and room was good and clean.
But, breakfast bar wasn't open and wasn't communicated to us, so instead we got a takeaway breakfast (a croissant and a piece of fruit) which was disappointing.
The treatments were good. However we weren't booked in properly for facilities, and missed out because there wasn't space. No communal sauna and steam, not great if you're a couple. Not a good experience.
It was ok but the changing rooms and toilets are tired need fixing and renovating.The whole hotel was dark and uninviting.The Express Facial was very oily and short have better experience with other spa's and beauty salons? You have to pay for any drinks, which you know at the end of the day?
The afternoon tea was poor due to lack of choice, made with white bread and no choice fillings,the cakes were very small.
The scones were pallet bearable .
Very disappointed and not worth the money.
Wasn’t the great experience and was quote stressful. Had arrange all spa treatment booking times and restaurant slot before arriving. As my treatments were at midday was ensured hotel could accommodate an early check-in (i did not ask and thought was great).
When arrived the story was different, one of my rooms not available, spa time was 7.30-10.30 when restaurant was booked at 8. Just stressful
