I thought the Brooklands Spa was fantastic. It's great value for money we arrived at 12pm and left at 6pm. The outdoor hot tub was great and it helped that we had nice weather. We took full advance of all of the facilities, we were in and out of the hot tub all day, the water bedroom room was relaxing and the steam/sauna rooms were great.
Me and my friend opted for the facial treatment this was very relaxing and my face felt great afterwards.
The afternoon tea just topped off a lovely day. The food that was served was top quality and there was more than enough to eat. My friend had a nut allergy so they made up a separate selection.
The staff were friendly and always willing to help.
A few things people need to be made aware of is that there is no swimming pool and if you went with your boyfriend/husband you wouldn't be able to use the sauna/steam room together as they're in the changing rooms. This didn't bother me and my friend as we were there for a girly afternoon.
I would highly recommend this spa and we will be back in the summer :D
To be honest, the spa doesn't have enough features to offer a 'day experience' nor enough places to lounge and relax. The sauna & steam rooms are in the changing rooms and then there is an outside hot tub.
The facial was lovely, the staff faultless.
Lovely facility, very busy at checking in , unable to accommodate us for lunch, so we had to go to the hotel. The massage was really great, I went with a friend and they have a lot of duo rooms, so that was great. Next time we will do a few more treatment, now that we know we can do them in the same room, so much more social. Roof top tub was fun, watching all the cars been tested, overall a very good afternoon.
The massage was around 15mins not 25 and very poor too soft, the girl needed to get home. I see her leave.
and my wife's nail varnish, vanished in the shower about an hour later, never mind we are booked in for the 14th Feb 16 maybe you can sort this little problem out for us ?
My friend and I felt the experience was overpriced. The treatment we booked was cut short by 5-10 minutes. There were no seats in the supposed relaxation area as they were all taken. The outside hottub was cold and therefore we couldn't get into it. We booked another treatment purely to kill some time as there was no facilities for us to sit and relax i.e. a pool. The tiny changing room was also where the sauna and steam was located... All in all not a very relaxing spa day.
