Booked Brooklands for my boyfriends Bday. We both had a hot stone massage which we throughly enjoyed and dinner in the 1907 restaurant which was delicious. All the staff were friendly and made the effort to greet and accommodate us. The rooms were spacious, clean and we also had a track facing room. I would recommend this hotel and spa we had a lovely stay. My only complaint is that our sink was blocked maintenance don't work wkends so nothing could be done. When checking out I did inform the manager who gave us £20 discount off the bill.
Every aspect was extremely satisfactory! The massage was amazing and very relaxing and I opted for the manicure and pedicure, which was amazing too!
A fair price for the deal. Other places have pools though for the same money/deal. The member of staff who did our treatments was lovely but she was ill and had to keep stopping to cough and sneeze which during massage and facial isn't that relaxing!
Wonderful ambience, highly professional staff and superb range of treatments. Afternoon tea was exceptionally good. Just need to make sure water topped up more regularly and slippers available as had to chase a few times
Shower flooded into bedroom my mum got her eye brows waxed and the member of staff actually took the skin off her eye, which caused bleeding and a sore on her eye .
