What a fantastic deal this was. The hotel was ultra modern, very clean and the staff were lovely. The bedroom had a view over the race track and was very spacious. The afternoon tea was absolutely delicious as was the huge choice for breakfast. We really enjoyed our stay and hope that this offer will be repeated again in the future.
Fantastic venue. My wife and I took up the spa day with afternoon tea. Beaut facilities, the spa was well equipped with all the usual plus an outdoor hot tub overlooking the racing circuit at Mercedes Benz World. We both had a Thai massage which was excellent. Our room was very luxurious and the afternoon champagne tea was a great touch. We went for our anniversary and I'd recommend the hotel and spa to anyone who wants a modern hotel with great spa facilities.
we visit as a birthday treat for my sister had a wonderful over nite stay at Brooklands hotel , 4 * star luxury hotel , lovely deluxe twin room , used the facilities of the hot tub , steam and sauna rooms , ladies and gents have separate facilities each .
5* breakfast the next morning was a delight as much as you could eat ... with royal tea , cakes and sandwiches in the afternoon .
Mercedes World is just opposite for some car racing action .
the only disappointment was they could have some outside space or garden to sit in in the evening .
and the view from our room was not great , over looking car park area / gravel pit .
We would recommend a visit
I got the Mod-deal for an overnight stay, breakfast, afternoon tea and full use of the spa facilities for 2. The hotel itself is fabulously modern with a kind of art deco/ racing theme throughout, the latter as it is right beside Mercedes Benz world.
The room was enormous and we had view of the MB test track and we spent a while just watching cars spinning round on the wet section (limited appeal for me but my b/f really liked it). The bathroom was huge but a point to note - they don't all have a bath so if you want one request it when you book.
The spa was absolutely luxurious with 2 relaxations areas, one with heated water beds for a power nap and another looking out over the MB track. There is also a hot tub outside, again overlooking the track. As other reviewers have mentioned the sauna and steam room are in the changing room so couples can't go in together, which was a bit disappointing. On the plus side they are both enormous and could easily fit 10-15 ppl in, each! The changing rooms are well stocked with big fluffy towels and robes and slippers are in the room when you arrive.
We went out for dinner as the restaurant menu is just Italian food (not our cup of tea) but there is a great pub 10mins drive away. Breakfast was a buffet with hot and cold options including fruit, cereal, smoked salmon(!), sausages etc etc and the tea was perfect. The Royal Afternoon tea was an absolute treat with 2 warm scones, a generous dollop of clotted cream, strawberries and a couple of other cakes. Oh - and MORE perfect tea.
All the staff were all very polite and helpful. For anyone who's got this deal you'd be hard pressed not to have a good time!
A friend and I came here for an overnight break on a wahanda deal which included the stay, full use of the spa facilities, breakfast and afternoon tea. The facilities and staff were great and the afternoon tea was massive! It was great value for money due to the discount but a normal stay would be quite expensive.
