The room in which I had a pedicure was great, overlooking the race track. The staff were fantastic and all very friendly and eager to help.

Overall the experience was ok but the spa was cold and we had to wrap towels around us to keep warm. I didn’t find the staff unfriendly but they didn’t seem to make much effort to be friendly either. Not very smiley just generally seemed rather bored with their duties. I enjoyed my massage but again I would have liked a little more friendly rapport with the masseur before and after. The tea was ok but the cream we had with the scones was in a tiny pot with no butter so we could only eat one each
