Treatments them self were wonderful and the staff were great, especially with accommodating a problem with my booking
However, neither of my treatments had been confirmed properly with the spa from Treatwell. I was fortunate that the Spa was able to accommodate one treatment, but could not the other

Booking the two back to back treatments via treatwell was simple and easy. However, I only got confirmation from the spa for one. I had to contact the spa to ask if they had my 2nd treatment. They did but couldn’t honour my booking time. After a couple of emails and a phone call I had to visit twice to complete my treatments. Not a major issue just inconvenient and the communication wasn’t the best. My therapist was amazing and very welcoming so couldn’t fault the service.
